Last Thursday, Chicharron and Caviar had the pleasure of attending the grand opening of the Bulgari boutique located at 14 Newbury St. The facade of the boutique it's like nothing else in the city, sensuality and luxury are perceived even before entering the boutique. The event was hosted by Daniel Paltridge, president of Bulgari North America and Megan O'Block, author and Fashion Council Chair at The Museum of Fine Arts. The attendees were delighted by the detail and sophistication that architect Peter Marino accomplished. There were Bulgari jewelry pieces all around the boutique. And in the middle of the boutique, tables made out of lavish white travertino navona stone. We were not sure if we liked the jewelry or the furniture pieces the most. Event and mixologist extraordinaire Alejandro Alvarez from The Event Society made sure that everyone had an amazing evening of champagne, shopping and socializing. We must say that we had the best Aperol Spritz and Roman inspired hors d'oeuvres in the city. The best part of the evening was that 10% of the net sales benefitted The Museum of Fine Arts. It ALWAYS feels good to shop for a good cause!
